Tried many work arounds suggested by googling the pronblem, but to no avail. I have purchased a nokia c and recently there was a small problem with that. When I receive files mostly em via bluetooth, and then when i open my received files folder, the phone restarts…and it wont happen again until next time I do it. So, I tried updating firmware.
