You'll need to contact Microsoft to get access to the bit copy of this utility. Do we need to pay when contact Microsoft for downloading this utility? I tried with the "Diskpart" tool but in this OS it doesn't support "uniqueid disk" command.

I'm following this guide from Microsoft: It was free for me, but I'm special ;- I don't know why the bit dmpcfg it isn't publicly available but the bit version is available.
